Since 2015, Hirokawa Co., Ltd. has specialized in contract filling and packaging for cosmetics and pharma. As an authorized Easysnap® co-packer in Japan, the company was tasked with packaging an oral gel treatment designed to protect mucosal wounds.
The product required a single-dose, hygienic packaging solution with high moisture barrier and easy handling application on a cotton swab.
Hirokawa chose Easysnap® single-dose to package the product. Easysnap®'s patented design allows one-handed opening and precise dispensing, making it ideal for applying the gel directly onto a cotton swab. Its high moisture barrier preserved the formula’s integrity, especially important given the gel’s tendency to solidify upon contact with saliva.
